We are aware of intermittent issues with payment for online orders, and some orders may not go through first time. This is due to a technical issue out of our control.
If this occurs, please reload the website; this solves the majority of any payment issues. If you encounter such issues and do not receive a order confirmation, then both the payment and order will not have gone through.

All online orders will be automatically provided with an estimated time of pickup/delivery. Please note that these are only a guide and are dependent on the level of demand that we have at a given time.
Deliveries will be carried out at any time within the hour timeslot given at the time of ordering. Please ensure that you are available to receive your order within the given slot.

We kindly ask any customers who live in a more rural area to provide their what3words in the order notes section to allow our drivers to find your address easily
We deliver to PE1, PE4 and PE6 postcodes only, with a maximum distance of 5 miles, based on our location in Eye.
We do not deliver to Peakirk, Glinton, or Northborough despite those areas having a PE6 postcode. This is due to distance.
Additionally, please note that we do not deliver to any address in the following postcodes:
PE2
PE3
PE7
Please note that the address system measures straight-line distance, so the above postcodes may not appear as being unavailable for delivery. We kindly welcome customers from the above postcodes to place an order for collection.
Any delivery order received to the above postcodes will be cancelled, and refunded to you.
